dpptool.net 是一个独立的双语（中文/英文）指南站，帮助中欧供应链两端处理欧盟数字产品护照（DPP）：中文线面向向欧盟供货的中国厂商（"欧洲客户索数，我该怎么交"），英文线面向欧盟买方与合规团队（"怎么向中国供应商收数并选服务"）。
我们不是欧盟机构、律所、认证机构或软件厂商，也不隶属任何同名网站（包括其他 TLD 下的相似域名）。本站不卖 SaaS；免费工具与资料包在浏览器内运行、不收集答案。未来可能出现的商业合作（咨询服务、服务商转介）会在这条原则下运作：选型内容按证据标注，不因商业关系改变结论位置。
编辑方法
- 来源层级：欧盟官方文本（EUR-Lex、欧盟委员会文件）> 协调标准（EN/ISO/IEC）> 行业解读 > 服务商披露。正文关键结论标注来源与核查日期；
- 法规写作纪律：有法定日期的写死日期（电池 2027-02-18；洗涤剂 (EU) 2026/405 → 2029-09-23），其余品类一律写"预期"，绝不把预期写成已生效；
- 工具边界：工具是准备辅助，不是法律意见；边界情况明确输出"信息不足"；
- 更新：授权法案、注册系统用户指南或指南文件更新后，受影响页面会更新并保留修订记录。

dpptool.net is an independent bilingual (EN/ZH) guide for the EU Digital Product Passport, serving both ends of the China–EU supply chain: the Chinese line for exporters to the EU (“the buyer asked for DPP data — what do we deliver?”), the English line for EU buyers and compliance teams (“how do we collect from Chinese suppliers and choose services?”).
We are not an EU institution, law firm, certification body or software vendor, and we are not affiliated with any same-named site on other TLDs. We do not sell SaaS; the free tools and packs run in your browser and store nothing. Any future commercial relationships (consulting, service referrals) will follow one rule: selection content is evidence-labeled, and commercial ties never re-rank conclusions.
Method
- Source hierarchy: EU official texts (EUR-Lex, Commission documents) > harmonised standards (EN/ISO/IEC) > industry commentary > vendor disclosures. Key claims cite sources and review dates;
- Drafting discipline: statutory dates are stated as such (batteries: 18 Feb 2027; detergents: Reg (EU) 2026/405 → 23 Sep 2029); every other category date is “expected” — never presented as enacted;
- Tool boundaries: tools support preparation and are not legal advice; edge cases return “insufficient information”;
- Updates: pages are revised when delegated acts, the registry user guide or guidance documents change, with a revision trail.
