• 工具答案不离开浏览器：两个免费工具的全部计算在你的浏览器内完成。答案不上传服务器、不进 URL、不进统计事件；责任判断器与缺口工具之间的结果传递也只发生在浏览器本地（sessionStorage）；
• 访问统计（GA4，默认无 Cookie）：本站使用 Google Analytics 4 统计页面访问，并按 Consent Mode v2 默认拒绝（analytics_storage 与 ad_storage 均为 denied）——在未同意前只采集无 Cookie 的基础计量数据（含页面路径、大致地域、匿名化 IP），不用于广告。googletagmanager.com 在中国大陆不可访问，内地读者不会因此加载跟踪脚本，页面功能不受影响；
• 无账号：本站不设登录，不设营销弹窗；
• 托管日志：静态托管（Cloudflare）会按行业惯例记录标准访问日志（IP、时间、请求路径），用于安全与滥用防护。这不涉及工具答案内容；
• 邮件联系：你发来的邮件仅用于回复与（如你要求）后续沟通，不会加入任何营销列表，不会转给第三方；
• 下载文件：资料包与工具导出文件在你本地生成/保存，我们无法看到你填写或导出的内容。

• Tool answers never leave your browser: both free tools compute locally. Answers are not uploaded, do not enter URLs, and are not recorded as analytics events; the hand-off between the triage and the gap tool happens in your browser only (sessionStorage);
• Visit analytics (GA4, cookieless by default): this site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 defaults denied (analytics_storage and ad_storage denied) — before any consent, only basic cookieless measurement is collected (page path, coarse region, anonymized IP), never for ads. googletagmanager.com is unreachable in mainland China, so readers there load no tracking script and nothing on the page depends on it;
• No accounts: no logins, no marketing pop-ups;
• Hosting logs: static hosting (Cloudflare) records standard access logs (IP, timestamp, request path) for security and abuse prevention. Tool answer content is not part of that;
• Email: messages you send are used to reply (and to continue the conversation if you ask); never added to marketing lists, never passed to third parties;
• Downloads: pack files and tool exports are generated and saved locally; we cannot see what you fill in or export.
